Reaching 30" tall, its tidy, disease-free, deep green foliage is topped with a profusion of blooms for over six weeks, extending the garden's beauty well into fall. This native cultivar, originally hailing from the pine savannas of North Carolina, is a valuable late-season nectar source for many pollinators, including bees and butterflies. Swamp tickseed thrives in full sun and tolerates various soil conditions, including heavy clay and wet soils, making it an excellent choice for bogs and rain gardens.

Vital Details:

Plant size: 3-4’ tall x 3-4’ wide

Light: Sun (6+ hours sun)

Water: Average to high water needs.
